                              RESOLUTION NO. 21780
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF CONTRACT
                 NO. 29A, 19TH STREET PUMP STATION UPGRADE, TO
                 HAREN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. FOR THEIR LOW
                 BID IN THE AMOUNT OF NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY-SEVEN
                 THOUSAND, NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($977,900.00).
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       award of Contract No. 29A, 19th Street Pump Station Upgrade, to
       Haren Construction Company, Inc. for their low bid in the amount
       of $977,900.00.
